Privacy Policy
Cimarron Ag builds water-level sensors and monitoring for irrigation ditches. We're based in Ridgway, Colorado. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it — in plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.
What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Sign-in with Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use that information only to create your account and sign you in — nothing else. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Phone number. Only if you turn on text alerts, and used only to send the alerts you configure. Details are in our SMS policy.
Sensor readings. Water levels, flows, and device status from the sensors on your account.
Website basics. Our website doesn't run ads or advertising trackers.
How we use it
To run the service: show you your readings, send the alerts you set, keep your account secure, and answer you when you write to us. If and when you pay for the service, payments are handled by a payment processor — we don't store card numbers.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share your readings with anyone unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Readings from your sensors belong to your account.
Who helps us run the service
Cloud hosting, and the providers that deliver our text messages and emails. They process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your choices
Write to us anytime to get a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything in it: info@cimarron.ag. We keep your information while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to close it, except where the law requires us to keep records.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
